PLEASE NOTE: If applicable, Parish Rate / Tuition Assistance Request Forms are also due by Feb. 14th. The 2024-2025 FACTS forms must be completed and submitted in order to be considered for any additional assistance from the parish. FACTS Management will collect ALL PreK through Grade 8 tuition and Extended Care Program. Returning families are automatically re-enrolled in FACTS. If you are a returning family, please login to your FACTS account to review and update your information. If you are a new family, you will need to create a FACTS account. Please see the instructions below. If two parties will be responsible for a student’s tuition, each party must create their own FACTS account. The only tuition payments accepted at the school will be payments made in full by June 28, 2024. It is our goal to enable you to easily manage your account with tasks like making payments, viewing your payment schedule, and updating your information. Please be aware of the following: • Payment methods available through FACTS include re-occurring automatic withdrawal (ACH) or credit card. • FACTS charges a convenience fee for every credit card transaction. VISA, AMEX, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted. • Automatic withdrawal payments that return insufficient funds will incur a $30 fee. How to Create a New FACTS Management Account To create your account with FACTS, please copy the link below, paste it into the Address field of your browser and press enter. https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3HP8RPaste the link into the Address field of your browser.
On the page that appears, click the “New Account” button. You will need to create a username and password, enter demographic information, student information, and choose the payment plan that works best for you and your preferred payment method. Once you have completed this process, we will be able to enter your specific tuition amount due and finalize your agreement. As soon as your agreement is finalized, you will receive a confirmation letter from FACTS. Please be sure to complete this process before June 1st. You will receive notification once this has been done. If changes need to be made to your personal information, please login to your FACTS account online or call them directly no later than February 14. If you’d like to make a change to your payment plan option, please email Mrs. Ventura at [email protected] Quick Tip: It is important to verify that the email address in the FACTS system is your preferred email address for anything related to tuition or fees due to Saint Cecilia School. FACTS will be using this email address for all notifications. In addition, if someone other than the primary payer listed in the system will be calling into FACTS with account inquiries or to make a payment, it is important they are added as an ‘Authorized Party’. If anyone other than the primary payer or the ‘Authorized Party’ calls into FACTS, he or she will not be able to receive any account information, in accordance with privacy laws. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Saint Cecilia School for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by February 16, 2024. There is a non-refundable FACTS fee of $50 to complete this process.
